Terms & conditions

The terms below apply to bookings and referrals with Black Swan Property Services Pty Ltd, Perth WA.

Booking & service terms

A $50 deposit secures your booking and is credited in full to your final invoice.

If something in the agreed scope is missed, tell us within 24 hours and we return to re-clean it at no charge.

If the agent's inspection flags cleaning within the agreed scope, we return within 7 days of the clean at no charge.

Commercial invoicing schedule, payment methods and late terms.

You receive a $50 credit when the person you refer completes their first paid clean.
The person you refer must be a new customer who has not booked with us before.
The credit is applied to your next booked clean — it cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to someone else.
One credit per referred household. There is no limit on how many people you can refer.

Your business receives one month of contract cleaning free when the site you refer signs a 12-month agreement.
The referred site must be a new client and not already in discussion with us.
The free month is credited to your account after the referred client's first three paid months.
One reward per referred site. There is no limit on the number of sites you can refer.
The reward applies to your existing contract and cannot be redeemed for cash. Terms indicative, confirmed in writing before launch.
